This little study is developing into something fun...I love colour and I particularly like the composition, it reminds me of a Matisse painting of girls dancing in a circle - (actually I think it was called Dancers or The Dance) that my Art History Teacher at School had on her wall when we would sit in her home supposed to be listening..my mind would always focus on that painting!

...here are a few thumbnail images by Dufy and Matisse ..I have never seen the painting called The Racetrack 1928 by Dufy before today, and couldn't believe the similarity of color!
I don't try to be influenced by anyone, I just like to see what happens; but clearly Dufy and Matisse are influencing my art.
