I'm trying to gather together a lot of small sketches, in order to work on a larger faster oil painting of a standardbred racehorse flying down the track. Last night I started it - sometimes its better to just do rather than worry about the outcome. I'm just waiting for the paint to dry and think about what I'll do next. This study is purely trying to get the richness of a bay racehorse. Hope to be able to transfer this into oils.
This is,for the most part, Standardbred Art and I hope you will enjoy reading about my work as a Standardbred Artist. If I can raise awareness of the beauty of the Standardbred Racehorse then I am achieving my goal. Thanks for visiting.....Sarah
